Terms of Use

These terms set the rules for a simple, safe and respectful experience in the app.
1. Acceptance and minimum age
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is intended for people aged 13 or older; minors need permission from a legal guardian.
2. How the service works
The app offers private, invitation-only purposes for sharing requests, praying and recording testimonies. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the information you publish.
3. Community conduct and content
Treat everyone with respect. Do not publish threats, harassment, hate speech, exploitation, sexual content, fraud, spam, someone else’s data without permission, or any illegal content. You can report and hide a request; this also hides other requests by the same author from you. Administrators can remove requests from groups they manage. After review, we may restrict access or remove content and accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
When a subscription is offered through the iOS app, billing and renewal are managed by Apple. The price and period are shown before confirmation. The subscription renews automatically until canceled in your Apple account settings. Purchases can be restored in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
5. Well-being and emergencies
This app is a prayer community, not a medical, psychological, legal or emergency service. Do not use it as a substitute for professional help. In immediate danger, contact emergency services in your region.
6. Ownership and license
The app, brand and interface elements belong to their respective owners. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant the service a limited license to store, process and display it only to operate according to your choices.
7. Availability and liability
We seek to keep the service secure and available, but interruptions and changes may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee continuous availability or specific results from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
8. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service and delete your account in your profile. We may update these terms to reflect legal or product changes; significant changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after the new terms take effect represents your acceptance.
9. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, while preserving consumer rights. For support or questions, write to suporte@praywithus.app.
